Creamy Moringa Breakfast Oats

Start your day on a natural high with this delicious, antioxidant-rich breakfast of moringa oats that you can whip up in minutes.

Ingredients
 ¾ cup (63g) oats
 1 cup (250ml) milk of choice
 1 tsp (5ml) moringa powder
 2 tsp (10ml) maple syrup, agave or honey
 1 oz (28g) mixed fresh/defrosted berries or 3-4 dates or other dried fruit, chopped
 2 tbsp (12g) shredded (dessicated) coconut

Whisk all the ingredients, except the oats and berries, together in a medium-sized bowl until well combined. Add the oats and mix thoroughly.

Cover the bowl or transfer to a mason jar (or two for a lighter breakfast) and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours until the oats soften.

Top with mixed berries and a drizzle of honey or other toppings of your choice before serving.
